BARR PETER MBAH'S ADMINISTRATION WILL BE ALL-INCLUSIVE GOVERNANCE

As a means by which individuals from all zones, blocs, parties are engaged, integrated, motivated, and valued, Inclusion means that diverse individuals are fully incorporated into the process and given the opportunity to participate. As a relationship that is critical to development and success of every society, building interpersonal trust, integrating diverse perspectives, optimizing talents, applying an adaptive mindset, and achieving disruptive innovation and transformation will be the hallmark of Barr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s Administration.

Recall that Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah in his acceptance speech informed ndi Enugu of his administration's impatience towards unleashing the the all-inclusive governance; "Ours shall not be an administration by a section of the state. We shall run an all-inclusive government designed to provide an inclusive economic development for our dear state".

For Mbah, governance is inclusive only when it effectively serves and engages all people, takes into account all groups and other facets of valuable personal identifies irrespective of the zone, sociocultural divide and making government institutions, policies, processes and services accessible, accountable and responsive to all members of state.

In line with Barr. Peter Mbah’s lucid manifesto (Statement of Purpose), fostering governance that is inclusive is essential to advancing democratic values, including peaceful opinions and respecting diversity, human rights and equality before the law. This in turn creates smooth delivery of quality which is considered to be fundamental to long-term sustainable development.

Since governance affects how society manage complex challenges, such as inequality, marginalization, sectionalisation, urbanization, rural-urban migration, violence, natural resources and environmental hazards,  fostering governance that is more inclusive will help to ensure that responses to these challenges, at all levels, leave no one behind and this what Barr. Peter Mbah stands for. Barr. Peter Mbah believes that a focus on inclusion will enable his administration to unlock potentials as everyone will benefit tremendously when all are engaged in the affairs of the state.

CORRUPTION remains a major obstacle to sustainable development and negatively impacts the lives of the poorest. Mbah's Administration will filter and patch leakages, curb marginalization to ensure that every person, regardless of their sociocultural identity and zone is instrumental in transforming Enugu State, because development processes that are inclusive yield better outcomes for the communities that embark upon them.
