Group Condemns the Flagrant Display of 15 Billion Last Minute Borrow Propaganda, Warns the Purveyors of the Fake News to Desist from Misinformation.

The Probity and Accountability Watch Initiative (PAWI) has condemned in totality, the purported news of 15 Billion  Last Minute Borrow Propaganda circulated by the opposition in the state falsely misleading the general public, stating that the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is seeking the Enugu State House of Assembly to Approve a whopping 15Billion naira loan request in less than 60 days to leave office at a time most states are struggling to survive, tagging it "A last minute borrowing.

According to the Group secretary, Comrade Anthony Ekene, the pattern which the opposition is employing in rearing out their grievances is self destructive to the desperate politicians and if not called to order, this fake news could heat up the polity.

"The opposition political figures are promoting a dangerous narrative in the state to achieve an objective which they couldn’t bring to fruition through the ballot. The publication itself is not only false, but a part of the new tactics deployed by the opposition to continue heating up the polity which is completely misleading"

"Government is a continues process and this particular Propaganda must be condemned on it's entrierty. His Excellency the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the peace maker we know wants a peaceful transition and like every other project at his administration’s disposal will make everything possible to ensure that he actualizes the desire of Ndi Enugu as he promised"

"Those peddling the false information are deliberate in tarnishing the good image of the governor and we cannot take it. Ndi Enugu cannot be distracted as we have investigated into the matter and found out that it was the handwork of the opposition in the state. Such fake and malicious news should be disregarded  and let's focus on what the administration of the incoming governor holds for the state" he said.
