The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) presents Certificates of Return to Enugu State Governor-elect, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah and the Deputy Governor-elect, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, respectively on Thursday, 30th of March, 2023.
