Dr. Peter Mbah’s Administration to Partner with the Private Sector for creation of Skills Enhancement Zones (SEZs) to ensure Employability and Entrepreneurship Support of our Youths

Peter Mbah’s government’s economic transformation plan will play a key role in ensuring that job seekers have the necessary skills by partnering with the private sector, knowing that the future of work will heavily lean on digital skills. To prepare the youthful population for this future while addressing the educational system with the future of work in mind, Dr. Peter Mbah has reiterated that one of his main agendas is to equip the youths with the required skills for both employment opportunities and self development to survive in the competing digital world.

One of the recurrent challenges in private sector development is the employability of young graduates.

This is why Dr. Peter Mbah’s Government will partner with the private sector to create Skills Enhancement Zones (SEZs) in every Local Government in Enugu State to enhance the employability and entrepreneurial skills of our youths.

These will lead to a rapid improvement of Ndi Enugu and their quality of life, reduction in insecurity and increase the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Per Capita in the State.
