The promise of anti corruption seem to have bred worst form of corruption and insecurity ever seen in Nigeria. Mr Godwin Emefiele of the CBN printed naira new notes that many Nigerians said looks poor in quality compared with old notes. The newly printed notes seem very scarce as people scramble to dispose of old notes.

CBN and the commercial banks are yet to saturate the nation with the redesigned notes, as most bank ATMS still dispense old notes
