In a statement made available to fountaincare reporters and signed by the committee Chairman and Secretary, The committee enjoined every interested to young person in the state to as a matter of necessity send in their opinions and suggestions on how the youth community can be further empowered or developed. The statement read in part:

PUBLIC NOTICE/CALL TO ACTION
1. Following the harmonization of all youth groups and subsequent formation of a united Enugu youth front, the Enugu Youth Development pact committee has been mandated to reach out to all youth bodies and groups to aggregate opinions and suggestions on how Enugu youth can be better empowered or developed.
2. Against this backdrop, we call on every interested young person for their opinions and suggestions on how the youth community can further be empowered and developed.
3. Opinions are going to be aggregated under: identified Challenges of the youths, possible solutions and recommendations.
