As we mark our 62nd Independence today, I urge us to seize the opportunity of the 2023 elections to bail ourselves and country out from a looming catastrophe. We should endeavour to go out and elect women and men of proven integrity with clear and verifiable sense of sincerity of purpose. According to Prof Patrick L.O. Lumumba, without bringing hygiene into our politics we are doomed as a country. It is my prayer that God will help us as we jointly work towards helping ourselves to achieving a UNITED Nigeria where LOVE, PEACE and SECURITY will reign.
