In furtherance of unity and sustainance of cultural heritage of the great Igbo Nation, the PDP candidate for Enugu West Senatorial Zone, graced the event of 'Nne Ke-Eji, Achi Yarm Festival', hosted by His Royal Highness, Igwe Chima Felix Achiekwelu, Eze Ishi-Ala and Igwe-In-Council, Elugwu-La-Nkpokolo Achi, Oji-River Council Area, Enugu State, in the company of an illustrious son of Akpugo-Eze in Oji-River, the PDP flag bearer, Federal House of Representatives, Aninri, Awgu and Oji-River Federal Constituency, Chief Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu) on Wednesday, 12th Of October 20222 to honour the most celebrated identical and unique culture of the most populous black race on earth.
Engr. Osita Ngwu, while appreciating the Igwes, elders, fellow guests and all lovers of Igbo culture present in the event, stated "we will continue to celebrate, support and promote the best cultural, ethnic and traditional festival given to us by God through our great ancestors from the foundation of Igbo race. It is with joy and unity that we all gathered here for the love of culture which is a product of our traditional belief 'the Iri Ji Ndi Igbo (Yarm Festival)'. Enugu West Senatorial Zone will soon begin to set the pace for others in harnessing our culture and tourism" thank you ndi nwe m for sustaining this ancestral heritage to our time". Present at the event include, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Cyprian Maduabuchi Nevobasi (Igwe Ogirishi Igbo of Nmaku Kingdom), the Enugu State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Chief Obi Karma, Chief Mrs Amaka Anajemba, Chief Chukwuemelie Agu, Dr Hyacinth Ngwu, and a host of others.
